Non-Refund Policy

All payments made for 1-on-1 coaching are NON-REFUNDABLE. Once your session is booked and payment is confirmed, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including no-shows, schedule conflicts, or change of mind.

Rescheduling Policy

Each client is allowed ONE (1) reschedule only. Rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.

Failure to attend the session without proper notice will result in forfeiture of the session.
